In your role as a member of the management team, you make a significant contribution to the corporate strategy and position digitalization as a central value driver.

Your main focuses include:

• Development and implementation of the digital and IT strategy with a clear focus on business value
• Leading the digital transformation along the end-to-end value chain
• Further development of the application and data landscape (including Microsoft Dynamics 365)
• Ensuring a stable, secure, and scalable IT operation
• Leading the ICT organization as well as managing strategic technology partners and the IT budget

• Proven leadership experience in a similar role and a relevant degree.
• Strong understanding of modern technologies like cloud and AI.
• Excellent leadership and change management abilities., You have several years of leadership experience in a comparable role (CDO, CIO, or Head of IT) and have successfully shaped the digital transformation of an industrial company.

You especially bring:

• A degree in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification with relevant further training
• Experience in using modern technologies such as cloud, data platforms, and artificial intelligence
• Entrepreneurial thinking, strong implementation skills, and pronounced leadership competence
• Ability to effectively manage change and engage organizations
