Electrical Supervisor - Data Centre - Frankfurt

Due to continued growth in the region of their Data Centre projects division, our client is now seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor in Frankfurt. Responsibilities

• Oversee Electrical Installation Works

Lead and supervise all electrical installation activities across LV/MV systems, containment, UPS infrastructure, generators and switchgear to ensure alignment with project specs, programme, and quality standards.

• Coordinate Subcontractors & On-Site Interface

Manage daily coordination with electrical subcontractors, commissioning teams and other trades to maintain seamless workflows, resolve technical issues, and eliminate clashes in high-pressure data centre environments.

• Implement QA/QC & Technical Compliance

Ensure all electrical works comply with German regulations, project standards, method statements and inspection test plans. Conduct regular inspections, sign-offs and maintain robust QC documentation.

• Drive Health, Safety & Risk Management

Promote a strong safety culture on site, enforce H&S protocols, review RAMS, and proactively identify risks related to HV/LV systems, energisation works, isolations and live-system activities.

• Support Testing, Commissioning & Handover

Assist in planning and executing electrical testing and commissioning activities, verify installation readiness, coordinate with commissioning engineers, and support final sign-off and client handover documentation.

Must have relevant degree level qualifications or equivalent trades background Must have 4+ years' experience in a similar role on large scale construction projects Must have EU Passport or RTW in Germany
