SAP FSCD Business Analyst

• Join the Global Billing & Payments team, a group of professionals with years of experience in the field
• Handle BAU Incidents and changes to the existing implementation
• Design and implement SAP FS-CD technical solutions
• Interact with application users to establish and confirm requirements, support test execution and manage communications on deployment activities
• Review and validate detailed technical designs provided by co-workers or suppliers to ensure the alignment with business requirements and technical architecture
• Estimate the effort/cost of new functionalities requested by the users
• Review the quality of project deliverables
• Train and support users

• University degree in IT or business or equivalent
• A minimum of 3 years of working experience in IT
• Basic Knowledge of Insurance Business
• Good level of English is a must; German, Spanish or other European languages beneficial
• Good knowledge of SAP technology including ABAP (ability to read, understand and debug; coding not required)
• SAP certificates or equivalent is a plus
• Experience with SAP financial modules is a plus
• Willing to learn and ready to become skilled in SAP FS-CD customizing and development
• Customer service focus and understanding of business processes
• Ability to write and review complex technical designs
• Good communication skills (ability to present to customers and peers in an efficient way)
• Project management experience or certification is a plus
