Join our team as a Cloud Platform Engineer and play a key role in designing and delivering a cloud platform that drives innovation and efficiency across Julius Baer., * Design and implement complex orchestration solutions and enable Infrastructure-as-Code capabilities for our Cloud platform based on Microsoft Azure

• Enhance our cloud platform offering by operationalizing new services and delivering them to end users through fully automated, GitOps-driven workflows
• Collaborate closely with development teams, providing support and mentorship throughout their cloud adoption journey

• Profound hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, and GitOps practices
• Strong proficiency in Kubernetes, including familiarity with the operator pattern. Experience with Crossplane is an advantage
• Solid software engineering background; prior experience with Go (Golang) is a valuable asset
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services, preferably in enterprise-scale cloud environments
• Entrepreneurial mindset - you're proactive, innovative, and eager to share your ideas
• Proven track record in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• A cloud certification (e.g., Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, Azure Administrator Associate, or equivalent) is considered a strong advantage
