Job description
We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Salesforce Architect with a Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) credential to join our growing Life Sciences consulting practice. In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of Salesforce-based solutions for global clients in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device sectors. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through digital transformation journeys and aligning technology with business strategy., * Design scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions tailored to the unique needs of Life Sciences clients.
- Lead end-to-end architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom applications.
- Ensure architectural integrity and alignment with enterprise IT strategies and compliance requirements (e.g., GxP, HIPAA).
Consulting & Client Advisory
- Engage with senior stakeholders to understand business goals and translate them into technical solutions.
- Conduct technology assessments and provide strategic recommendations for Salesforce platform adoption and optimization.
- Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and roadmap planning with cross-functional client teams.
Project Delivery
- Oversee the technical delivery of Salesforce implementations, ensuring best practices in development, integration, and deployment.
- Support change management and user adoption strategies.
Governance & Compliance
- Ensure solutions comply with industry regulations and internal governance frameworks.
- Define and enforce architectural standards, data security policies, and integration protocols.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and represent the company at industry events and Salesforce community forums.
Requirements
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
- 8+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and consulting.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and integration patterns.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks in Life Sciences.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field., * Experience with Veeva CRM or other Life Sciences-specific Salesforce solutions.
- Proven experience in the Life Sciences industry (pharma, biotech, medtech).
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Multilingual capabilities (especially German or French) are a plus.
