Job description

  • Preparation of all work documents from all business units for scanning according to specifications and regulatory requirements
  • Completeness check of the documents
  • Scanning all documents as specified by the electronic data archive and transferring the data to the data servers
  • Providing documents for audits by authorities and customers as well as professional support for Quality Managers
  • Creating digital media (CD-ROMs, USB sticks, electronic data transfer) for customer documentation concerning engine maintenance
  • Professional support to all internal departments in searching for individual documents
  • Maintenance of the digital and physical data archives according to the regulations of the Authorities (EASA, FAA, FOCA, etc.) as well as contractual agreements with customers
  • Sending documents to the customer

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training, preferably in the commercial sector or technical vocational training with further education.
  • Experience in the aviation industry (MRO, aircraft or engine maintenance) is an advantage.
  • English B1 / German B1
  • Experience with archiving software, user knowledge of MS Office, knowledge of SAP R/3 is an advantage.
