Requirements
A leading fintech firm is looking for a Senior Data Engineer - AI Platform Engineer to join their Data Platform Engineering team. This role involves designing and delivering core components for the Agentic Data Plane, with a focus on security and observability. Candidates should have platform engineering experience, strong software fundamentals, and proficiency in Python. The position offers a hybrid working model, allowing four days in-office and one remote, supporting professional growth and innovation within a dynamic team environment., * Desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience building internal platforms for other engineering teams.
- Strong fundamentals in API design, reliability, and testing.
- Experience with authentication and authorization in secure systems.
- Ability to operate production services effectively.
- Strong proficiency in Python for platform services.
- Understanding of system governance and data access controls.
- Familiarity with data platform ecosystems., Self-motivation and curiosity Platform engineering experience Strong software engineering fundamentals Experience building secure systems Hands-on experience operating production services on GCP Proficiency in Python Experience with agentic or LLM-based systems Familiarity with data governance concepts Fluency in English
