Job description
- Monitor network performance using advanced monitoring tools to identify potential issues and outages.
- Analyze IT event data from various sources to identify anomalies, potential incidents, and performance bottlenecks.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot problems to pinpoint the root cause and ensure swift resolution.
- Escalate critical issues to the appropriate technical teams for further investigation and repair.
- Document incidents and resolutions to maintain a clear record of activity and facilitate future troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with other IT teams and Devops teams to ensure efficient problem-solving and seamless operations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of network\application processes by identifying areas for optimization.

Requirements
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented NOC Operator to join our dynamic team and play a vital role in safeguarding our network infrastructure. You'll be the first line of defense, proactively monitoring our systems, identifying and resolving network issues, and ensuring optimal performance for our entire organization., * You have 2+ years of experience in a network operations center (NOC) environment or a related technical role.
- You have experience in Windows and Linux environments
- You possess a strong understanding of IT infrastructure components, network protocols, and IT monitoring tools. You are proficient in monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
- You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
- You have a keen eye for detail and a strong ability to identify patterns and trends in data.
- You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with engineers and other IT professionals.
- You are a quick learner with a passion for technology and a willingness to adapt to new tools and technologies.
- You have experience with scripting languages like Python or Bash for automating tasks - advantage.
- You are familiar with network security concepts and best practices - advantage.
- You possess certifications like CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent - advantage.
- Experience working in a 24/7 environment. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with varying schedules is crucial for NOC operations - advantage.
