Please note: for this role, it s important that you already live in the Netherlands and are able to work from our Utrecht office at least three days a week.

Together, we make the difference here s what you ll do

As a Medior Full Stack Developer, you ll play a key role in building and improving our SaaS platform. You ll work across the entire stack from creating intuitive user interfaces in React to developing scalable APIs and backend services with Node.js.

You ll collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to turn ideas into impactful features our customers truly love.

Your average week in Utrecht looks like this:

  • Collaborating with product and design teams to shape and build new features that enhance the user experience
  • Working in structured weekly sprints together with your team
  • Writing clean, scalable, and maintainable code using TypeScript, React, Node.js, and MongoDB
  • Building and improving performant and secure REST APIs
  • Contributing to technical discussions and architecture decisions
  • Reviewing pull requests and collaborating closely with your team to maintain high quality
  • Continuously improving developer workflows, CI/CD processes, and automated testing
  • Taking ownership of features from idea to deployment

You re someone who enjoys building impactful, scalable applications and likes to take ownership of your work. You re eager to grow, both technically and professionally, and thrive in a collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • You have around 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer and feel comfortable working with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js)
  • You have a strong eye for user experience both frontend and backend
  • You enjoy collaborating with others, sharing feedback, and learning together
  • You re proactive, solution-oriented, and always looking for ways to improve
  • You re ambitious and excited to grow towards a Lead Developer role
  • Most importantly: you re curious, eager to learn, and excited about building a product that helps people grow at work just like you

  • A salary between 4.000 5.500 gross per month (based on 40 hours & depending on experience), with room to grow
