Full Stack Engineer - Investment Management - C#/PYTHON/SQL

You will work as part of a high-performing engineering team delivering robust, scalable applications that underpin the investment process. This role combines hands-on development with strong stakeholder engagement and product thinking., * Design, build, and maintain applications supporting investment research and decision-making workflows

• Develop across the full stack (UI, APIs, Back End services) to improve performance, usability, and reliability
• Enhance tools used for portfolio and strategy decision-making
• Improve research workflows to accelerate insight generation and reduce operational friction
• Build and support self-service tools enabling analysts to generate and test insights

• 5+ years' experience in software engineering delivering production-grade systems

• Experience working within investment management or financial services environments

• Strong technical skills across: C# Python SQL Terraform AWS

• Proven ability to work directly with stakeholders and translate requirements into solutions

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration skill

Desirable:

• Strong experience with R programming (building analytical tools or workflows)
• Exposure to proof-of-concept or innovation-led projects
• Experience working with or integrating AI tools into workflows or engineering processes
