Job description

In this role, you will be a proactive and customer-focused SAP Business One Support Analyst l providing first-line support for ERP-related queries and issues across the business, ensuring timely resolution and a high level of user satisfaction.

In addition to providing day-to-day support, you will actively contribute to ERP rollout projects, system enhancements, and user training, allowing you to expand your technical expertise and play a key role in the continuous development of our systems.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective support for SAP B1 related issues, prioritising and communicating with end users.
  • Log, track, and manage incidents using the Service Desk system, ensuring resolution and user satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with IT colleagues as needed to resolve more complex issues.
  • Maintain clear and detailed updates on open tickets and document all troubleshooting steps.
  • Create and maintain Knowledge Base articles and documentation for internal procedures.
  • Manage user access rights and permissions via the ERP Change Request system.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and end users across the business.
  • Develop a working knowledge of in-house developed applications.
  • Install and configure ERP client software as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with SOX control policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in SAP Business One.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Strong team player with experience in collaborative, cross-functional environments.
  • Analytical mindset with solid problem-solving skills., * Experience in the manufacturing industry.
  • Familiarity with BPA (Business Process Automation) and Boyum Usability Pack.
  • Working knowledge of Crystal Reports.
  • Basic SQL knowledge, including query writing and database navigation.

Hours of Work & Salary:

Monday - Friday, 8:30a.m. - 5:00p.m. at our Denby site.

Up to £45,000 per annum dependant on experience., Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £45,000.00 per year
