Senior Infrastructure Engineer (Workspace ONE/AirWatch)

Location: Multiple UK locations (London, Manchester, Bristol, Newcastle, Glasgow, York, Norwich)

Join a major UK Government digital transformation programme and help manage and secure thousands of mobile devices used by civil servants nationwide.

The Role

We're looking for an experienced Workspace ONE/AirWatch specialist to take ownership of mobile device management across a large-scale environment (10,000+ users).

You'll design, support, and improve mobile infrastructure, ensuring devices are secure, up to date, and running smoothly.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and support iOS & Android devices using Workspace ONE
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex MDM issues
  • Deploy apps, updates, and security policies
  • Support device life cycle, patching, and compliance
  • Work with architects to improve infrastructure and services

What You'll Bring

  • Strong experience with Workspace ONE/AirWatch (MDM/EMM)
  • Expertise in mobile security and device management
  • Experience supporting large-scale environments (10k+ users)
  • Knowledge of Windows, macOS, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
