Systems Engineer

• Act as System Design Authority for RF-based systems across the full lifecycle
• Lead system architecture, requirements definition, and design trade-offs
• Provide technical leadership across RF, DSP, hardware, and software teams
• Drive development of RF communications, sensor, and electronic warfare capabilities
• Oversee integration, verification, and validation of complex RF systems
• Identify, manage, and mitigate technical risks across programmes

• Degree (or higher) in Engineering, Physics, or a related discipline
• Significant Systems Engineering experience in RF, communications, or radar domains
• Strong understanding of RF systems, antennas, propagation, and signal chains
• Experience delivering complex systems across the full engineering lifecycle
• Proven technical leadership and ability to operate as a design authority
• Background in defence, aerospace, or secure government environments

Desirable Skills

• Electronic Warfare experience (ES, EA, ECM, ESM)
• Experience with SDR, DSP, and RF signal processing
• Knowledge of radar systems, sensors, and PNT technologies
