Job description

The LMS Administrator will be responsible for configuring the programmes and learning content to ensure a clear, quality learner experience that meets the requirements of Lifetime's commercial and apprenticeship provision.

Requirements

  • Experience with LMS platforms and system administration, or the ability to quickly develop expertise.
  • A track record of working successfully in high demand environments and able to deliver to deadlines.
  • Able to prioritise and manage own workload efficiently.
  • Excellent IT and organisational skills, specifically working within an LMS environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and focus on quality of outputs.
  • Keen eye for design layout and with strict attention to detail.
  • Ability to acquire new skills and knowledge through independent learning and structured support.
  • Able to assess challenges and identify effective solutions through analytical and creative thinking.
  • Adaptable and solution-focused, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Be confident in aspects of Microsoft 365 (including Word, Excel, PPT, SharePoint, Teams)
  • Ability to work effectively, remotely, and autonomously.

It would be great if you had:

  • Knowledge of HTML and learning content design.
  • An understanding of apprenticeship training and/or online teaching and learning.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an environment that values continuous improvement and high-quality outcomes.
  • Ability to maintain a focus on consistent delivery expectations at the highest standards.
  • Excellent communication skills, including teamwork.
