Job description

You will be the first point of contact for clients, helping resolve IT issues, logging tickets, and escalating where necessary., * Provide first-line technical support via phone, email, and remote tools

  • Log, manage, and resolve support tickets in line with SLAs
  • Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network issues
  • Assist with user account management (e.g. Microsoft 365, Active Directory)
  • Support desktop, laptop, and mobile device issues
  • Escalate complex issues to senior engineers where required
  • Maintain accurate documentation of issues and resolutions
  • Deliver excellent customer service at all times

Requirements

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Level 1 Support Engineer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their IT career and technical skills in a fast-paced MSP environment with a minimum of 4 years of experience., * Basic understanding of IT systems, networks, and troubleshooting

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Willingness to learn and develop technical knowledge
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable:

  • Experience in a helpdesk or support environment
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Windows OS, Mac OS, and basic networking
  • IT qualifications (e.g. CompTIA, Microsoft certifications), * Working on a helpdesk: 4 years (required)
