Manager - Cyber & Technology ResilienceStrategist

As aSenior Manager within our Cyber practice, you will lead the design and deliveryof cutting-edge cyber and technology resilience solutions forclients across Financial Services or Corporate industries (TMT, Consumer,ER&I, LSHC). You will shape resilience strategy, guide senior stakeholders,and deliver complex transformation programmes that strengthen organisationsagainst disruption.

What You'll Do Lead resilienceassessments across datacentres, cloud platforms, networks, and enterprisearchitecture, identifying failure points and recovery gaps. Defineend-to-end cyber resilience strategies, covering backup andrecovery, automated failover, cloud-native resilience, DRaaS, ZTNA, containerorchestration, and load balancing. Developtarget states, roadmap plans, and capability uplift programmes aligned to good-practiceframeworks and regulatory expectations. Deliver resilientmigration strategies for cloud and datacentre transformations. Design and embedresilient operating models for IT service management. Lead cyber recoveryexercises including application rebuilds, service restoration, andinfrastructure recovery. Support regulatorycompliance through benchmarking and readiness assessments.

Leadership & Business Development Buildand grow senior client relationships, shaping new opportunities and advising C-suitestakeholders. Lead proposals,commercial negotiations, and sales cycles with confidence. Producecompelling client-ready deliverables, proposals, and executivebriefings. Managemulti-workstream engagements in high-pressureenvironments. Mentor and developteam members while contributing to the Cyber & Technology Resilienceeminence and culture.

Strong experience incyber or technology resilience, with expertise across cloud, datacentre,networks, or backup and recovery technologies (e.g., Commvault, Dell, Rubrik). Proven ability todesign and implement resilient cloud architectures across AWS, Azure, or GoogleCloud. Working knowledge ofresilience frameworks and operational resilience principles. Strongconsulting skills: client relationship building, complex problem-solving,structured communication, and senior stakeholder engagement. Experience leadingdelivery from requirements through to implementation and testing. Project and programmemanagement capability within complex environments. Industry knowledge inFinancial Services or Corporate sectors.

Preferred Certifications Cloud (AWS, Azure,GCP), CISSP, CCSP, CISM, SABSA, TOGAF, PRINCE2, ITIL, COBIT.
