Junior UX Designer

You'll work closely with designers, developers, and product managers to create intuitive, user-focused experiences across our suite of tools.

Your day-to-day might include:

• Mapping user journeys and identifying pain points
• Creating wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs
• Supporting usability testing and gathering feedback
• Collaborating with engineers to bring designs into production
• Presenting design ideas and iterating based on feedback
• Contributing to our design system and component library

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their UX career who wants to build strong foundations, learn from experienced designers and engineers, and contribute to products used at the highest level of sport., * A degree in UX, Interaction Design, HCI, or similar

• Around 1-2 years' experience in a UX, Product, or Interaction Design role (or strong graduate portfolio)
• A portfolio that demonstrates user-centred thinking and problem solving
• Understanding of usability principles and testing approaches
• Ability to communicate ideas clearly to different audiences
• Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

Nice to Have:

• Experience designing for web or desktop applications
• Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Axure, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Awareness of front-end technologies
• Interest in sport, broadcasting, or live production environments
• Additional language skills
