Senior Data Management Consultant - Geneva

We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Consultant to join our Professional Services team in Geneva. This is a pivotal, client-facing role for a professional who thrives at the intersection of financial markets and complex system architecture. You will guide Tier-1 financial clients through large-scale transformations, ensuring the successful integration and evolution of our solutions.

Your Mission

As a strategic link between client requirements and our technology, you will:

• Lead Strategic Transformations: Perform deep-dive gap analyses and recommend architectural improvements for major financial institutions.

• Bridge the Gap: Translate complex business challenges into elegant functional and technical designs, collaborating directly with Product Managers and Developers.

• Master the Implementation: Take ownership of software configuration, integration, and testing phases to ensure seamless production go-lives.

• Shape the Product: Act as the "voice of the client" to influence the software roadmap and stay ahead of industry shifts.

You combine financial market intelligence with a strong logic-driven mindset for problem-solving.

• Industry Experience: At least 5 years of experience in software publishing (édition de logiciel) and/or working with complex Data Management solutions.
• Technical Foundation: Strong expertise in algorithms and enterprise software integration. You have a deep understanding of data flows and how large-scale systems communicate.
• Consulting Excellence: A proven track record of "hands-on" delivery within a client-facing environment, managing expectations and project timelines.
• Market Knowledge: Solid understanding of financial markets, data modeling (Golden Copy concepts), and the lifecycle of investment products.
• Education: Advanced professional degree (HES/EPF) or equivalent in Finance, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
• Languages: Fluent in French and proficient in English.
