The Power+ Graduate Program is perfect if you are looking to fast-track your leadership potential and gain a well-rounded business understanding that will enable you to step into professional life., * Master's degree in engineering within STEM (Science, Engineering, Technology, Math) related degrees, e.g. electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, software engineering, industrial engineering, energy systems engineering, physics, computer science, or a related discipline
- No more than 2 years of professional experience within your field of studies after graduation
- Excellent knowledge of English; German and additional languages are considered as an advantage
- Valid work permit to work in Switzerland
- Great collaboration skills and intercultural sensitivity
- A high level of drive and personal ownership with a genuine interest in making the future of energy more sustainable
