(Senior) ABAP Developer (all genders)

• You will work on pioneering (inter)national development projects of varying degrees of complexity and technical focus at exciting companies and help shape the HR transformation of our customers
• You continuously develop the SAP solutions of our customers on the basis of ABAP / ABAP OO and find individual solutions beyond the SAP standard
• By using additional technologies and software solutions such as UI5, BTP, S/4HANA or SuccessFactors, you support the customer in remaining future-proof
• With us, there is neither technological standstill nor monotonous project work; instead, you can expect constantly evolving topics as well as constantly new challenges due to changing customer requirements
• In individual projects, you will provide technical guidance to our junior consultants and have the possibility to be in the (partial) project´s lead
• A customized development plan as well as internal and external training courses will deepen your knowledge in the relevant coding languages and latest technologies

• You have profound professional experience in application development based on ABAP and ABAP OO; knowledge of additional technologies such as SAP UI5, WD4A or similar is desirable
• You ideally have experience with SAP HCM solutions and the underlying HR processes
• You want to help bring customers to the next level of digitalization and are characterized by a performance-driven working style and strong customer focus
• You have strong conceptual and analytical skills as well as a quick grasp of new topics
• You are communicative, enjoy working in a team, and collegiality is important to you
• You have a very good command of both English and German
