BI Analyst

About The Team We are looking for a Mid-Level Data Analyst to join our Platform Intelligence team. Platform Intelligence drives various data initiatives for many of Bonial's internal stakeholders; these include operations, finance and people & culture teams. Additionally, we are constantly striving to innovate and improve our technical and business processes. About The Role - Perform deep-dive analysis to support decision-making, such as to give meaning to data, identify opportunities and issues, and present analysis and findings to stakeholders; - Work directly with the developers and users of our internal tools; - Develop relevant metrics/ KPIs and create reports, visualizations and dashboards (Power BI) to enable the business-critical decision-making process; - Improve data practices (tools and best practices) in Bonial; ## Job requirements * Experience working with Data Tools like Power BI, SQL, Python, Airflow; * The ability to learn self-sufficiently and fast; * Well structured, analytical thinking and ability to explain and visualize complex analysis in a clear understandable manner to a non-technical audience; * Capable of writing and optimizing advanced SQL queries; * Fluency in English; Nice to have: * A degree with an analytical focus (Statistics, Mathematics, Business Informatics, Economics, Business Analysis, etc.); * Experience with Content Creation Tools and Processes; Data Analyst (m/f/x)
