Midlevel Fullstack Engineer (gn)

As our Fullstack Engineer you are a key player in building and enhancing our core chat platform. You will work across the entire stack, focusing on delivering robust and user-friendly features with a strong focus on integrating cutting-edge AI technologies to improve our service for children and adolescents in need. Your tasks:

• Develop, test, and deploy high-quality, scalable full-stack features using our core technologies (Next.JS, React, Typescript, Tailwind)
• Design and implement effective API solutions and backend services (eg. Node.js or Python) to support our application's performance and functionality
• Collaborate closely with the rest of the development team and product owner to translate product requirements into technical solutions
• Integrate and leverage AI models and features into the platform, specifically focusing on responsible implementation concerning user privacy and security
• Engage in continuous knowledge exchange and perform thorough code reviews to maintain high coding standards and elevate team quality
• Take ownership of features and projects, from conceptualization through to production deployment and monitoring, For the sake of transparency, we would like to point out that krisenchat is a project-funded service. • Computer Science Degree or similar and 3+ years of similar experience in a Fullstack Engineer role
• Strong proficiency in our core stack: Next.JS, React, Typescript, Tailwind
• Solid understanding of API design and backend services (e.g., Node.js or Python)
• Experience with building or integrating AI features
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Proactive problem-solving and high ownership
• Eagerness to learn and to apply new technologies, especially AI-related ones
• High level of autonomy
