We are looking for a highly experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with deep technical knowledge and a mature engineering mindset who understands the demands of working with critical infrastructure. • CI/CD & GitOps (Jenkins, Argo CD)
• Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
• Observability (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Jaeger)
• Container ecosystem (Docker, registries, build tools)
• Networking & traffic management (Ingress, service mesh, DNS)
• Security (PKI, Vault, RBAC, DevSecOps, HSM-backed key management and secure key lifecycle practices)
• Scripting & automation (Python, Bash)
• Platform & cluster management (Rancher)
• Linux systems administration
• Reliability engineering (SRE practices)
• Version control (Git, Bitbucket, GitLab), * Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or a similar field
• Proven background with both on-premises and cloud environments
• Strong understanding of complex, business critical architecture
• A structured, methodical approach to problem solving
• A calm, collaborative personality and strong team orientation
• Experience working with mission critical systems
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
• A mindset focused on reliability, continuous improvement, and long-term quality
• Fluent English; Danish is considered an advantage
