Consultant Data & AI Strategy

• Du arbeitest in Projektteams an der Transformation von Organisationen und Geschäftsmodellen mit Data & AI
• Du entwickelst Data-&-AI-Strategien, Roadmaps und Value Cases mit Fokus auf Business Impact, ROI und Priorisierung
• Du übersetzt Business-Fragestellungen in konkrete Analytics- und AI-Use-Cases
• Du unterstützt beim Aufbau von Data-&-AI-Zielbildern - von Target Operating Model und Governance bis zu Plattform- und Architekturthemen (in Zusammenarbeit mit Tech-Teams)
• Du begleitest Change-, Enablement- und Capability-Building-Initiativen mit Fach- und Tech-Teams
• Du analysierst, bereitest Ergebnisse executive-ready auf und wirkst bei Angebotsentwicklung sowie Kundenakquise mit

• Du hast dein Studium in BWL/VWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Data Science, Mathematik/Statistik, Ingenieurwesen oder einer ähnlichen Fachrichtung erfolgreich abgeschlossen
• Du bringst erste praktische Erfahrungen (z.B. aus Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeiten) in Consulting, Strategie, Analytics, Data/AI oder Transformationsprojekten mit
• Du zeichnest dich durch ein starkes analytisches Denkvermögen aus und bereitest komplexe Themen strukturiert und verständlich auf
• Du bringst eine unternehmerische Denkweise, Neugier und hohe Motivation mit, echten Impact zu erzielen
• Um unsere Kunden vor Ort optimal zu beraten, bist du bereit, national und international zu reisen
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab
