Job description
- Responsible for the handover and registration of IT equipment for onboarding and offboarding
employees.

Manage the issuance and return registration of IT equipment.

Organize IT supplier invoices, synchronize them with the finance department, and create
payment processes.

Apply for IT accessory procurement processes.

Organize IT-related record forms and conduct IT equipment inventory checks.

Resolving user issues: Effectively diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems for end-users,
providing timely solutions and clear explanations.
- Maintaining user workstations: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as software updates,
security patches, and basic hardware troubleshooting.
- Ensure the smooth operation of IT systems like servers, networks, and applications, minimizing
downtime and disruptions.
- User account management: Create, manage, and secure user accounts according to company
guidelines.
- Effectively communicate project goals, updates, and challenges to stakeholders, collaborating
with team members to achieve project objectives.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with IT service providers, ensuring efficient
communication and timely resolution of service-related issues.
- Actively listen to and comprehend the needs and challenges of other departments, tailoring IT
Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience as an IT Specialist.

Proficiency with computers and software.
