As Head of SAP Consulting Circular, you will work with us to shape the digital future of the circular economy. You will lead our experienced consulting team and support companies in the waste management industry in optimizing and transforming their business processes in the SAP environment. In doing so, you will combine strategic consulting with operational implementation and develop sustainable, future-proof solutions together with our customers and internal teams. You will not only take a strategic approach, but also roll up your sleeves to provide our customers with the best possible support.

Your mission

In your role as Head of SAP Consulting Circular (m/f/d) , you will be responsible for the strategic development of our consulting division and actively drive the digital transformation of our clients in the waste management and circular economy sector. You will continuously refine consulting approaches and process optimizations, while leading complex SAP projects from initial concept through implementation to successful completion. This includes planning, steering, and monitoring project progress with full responsibility for budget and quality, ensuring efficient, transparent, and goal-oriented delivery.

As a leader, you will guide, motivate, and further develop our consulting team both professionally and personally. You will act as the central interface between clients, internal development teams, and other stakeholders, fostering close and trusting collaboration at eye level. Through regular status updates, well-founded project reporting, and clear communication, you will create transparency and reliability. At the same time, your team will serve as a knowledge hub for our internal development teams, ensuring sustainable knowledge transfer and continuous development within the company.

Depending on project requirements, you will work flexibly - remotely, on-site at client locations, or present for your team at our offices in Halle (Saale) or Walldorf, both conveniently accessible thanks to a company car.

You hold a degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable field and bring solid experience in IT consulting and project management, ideally within an SAP S/4HANA environment.

You have a strong understanding of business processes and are able to analyze and structure complex functional and technical requirements, translating them into sustainable solutions. Thanks to your analytical and organizational skills, you maintain a clear overview even when managing multiple projects simultaneously and set priorities in a confident and goal-oriented manner.

In addition to your technical expertise, you stand out through excellent communication and leadership skills. You excel in stakeholder management, are able to motivate and develop teams, and communicate complex topics clearly and effectively - both internally and externally, in German and English.
