Job description
We are looking for a CRM Architect to join our team in Spain to contribute to the design and evolution of our Salesforce ecosystem.
We're looking for someone who is passionate about building scalable architecture, solving complex system challenges, and driving efficient, integrated solutions across the business.
In this role, you'll be responsible for designing, modifying, and testing Salesforce architecture, while also owning the integrations landscape that connects CRM with internal and external systems such as ERP, client portals, and document repositories. You will act as a strategic partner to the business, ensuring systems are aligned with organizational needs and enable long-term growth.
You will also coordinate the support, maintenance, and ongoing development of CRM-related projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and performance across all platforms., * Design, modify, and test Salesforce technical architecture to support business needs
- Build and integrate CRM functionalities aligned with company requirements
- Assess existing CRM architecture and recommend improvements in collaboration with technical teams
- Research new Salesforce technologies and propose enhancements where relevant
- Provide supervision and guidance to internal and external teams
- Coordinate priorities across projects and ensure timely follow-up and delivery
- Oversee support tickets and ensure proper tracking and resolution
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise
- Support ongoing CRM projects, ensuring alignment with business and technical objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
- 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce and coordinating teams
- Strong understanding of coding languages and system architecture principles
- Advanced English communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Solid understanding of sales processes and CRM workflows
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate across teams, * You bring hands-on experience designing and improving CRM/Salesforce architecture
- You proactively identify system gaps and propose scalable, long-term solutions
- You're comfortable working across technical and business teams
- You take ownership of projects and ensure consistent follow-through
