Job description
We are looking for a senior Strategy professional specialized in AI & Data to act as a trusted advisor across multiple teams and stakeholders. You will leverage your deep expertise to influence key decisions, design high-impact solutions, and guide organizations through complex transformations driven by data and artificial intelligence. The role is based in Madrid, following a hybrid work model, combining remote work with office presence to foster collaboration and strong team synergies. It is mandatory to reside in Spain and have a valid work permit for Spain. Functions:
- Design and define new business processes aligned with client strategic objectives, leveraging AI & Data capabilities.
- Analyze current-state operating models to identify improvement opportunities and transformation levers related to data, AI, and analytics.
- Develop and shape innovative AI & Data-driven solutions using established frameworks, methodologies, and assets.
- Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a subject matter expert in AI & Data Operating Models, covering governance, data platforms, analytics, AI lifecycle management, and organizational roles.
- Lead and contribute to AI & Data Strategy initiatives, including target operating models, roadmaps, and value cases.
- Drive AI adoption and change management programs, ensuring business engagement, capability building, and sustainable transformation.
- Articulate and quantify data and AI value, translating technical concepts into clear business outcomes for executive audiences.
- Provide guidance on advanced business process design, integrating data, AI, and automation into end-to-end processes.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategy, consulting, or transformation roles related to AI, Data, or Analytics.
- Master-level proficiency in AI & Data Operating Model.
- Doctorate degree in a relevant field (AI, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or similar).
- Advanced knowledge of AI & Data Strategy, AI Adoption, Data Value Articulation, Business Process Design, and Change Management is highly valued.
