We are growing rapidly and we're looking for someone who shares this vision and wants to grow with us!, * Support in brainstorming, developing, and coordinating best-in-class Q4 2026 / Q1 2027 e-Trade animation plans to achieve Online objectives (e.g., Zalando, Notino, Flaconi).

  • In collaboration with the Brand team, lead and coordinate S2 2026 online visual requests (banners, newsletters, etc.) and manage creative briefs, translations, and agencies.

  • Collect and manage Online Partners' requests related to S2 2026 new launches and existing products.

  • Support the development and expansion of partners by optimizing ratings & reviews, ensuring up-to-date visuals before Slowvember, and developing S2 2026 launch assets and landing pages. Online strategy & best practices building:

  • Support the implementation of an always-on heroes strategy by December 2026 (on-site & off-site activations, brand boutiques, product pages).

  • Update The Ordinary online toolkits with the latest visuals and copy, coordinating retailer updates with the Partnership Team. Reporting / Other:

  • Support reporting and analysis of monthly Retail & E-Retail performance (orders, sales, product performance, conversion rate, AOV).

  • Analyze Q2-Q3 2026 online animations to extract learnings and define best practices.

  • Conduct specific analyses (ratings & reviews, heroes, product ranges, comparisons) and manage partners' commercial requests (orders, pricing, etc.).

  • Monitor partners and competitors, and support the creation of PowerPoint presentations and Excel dashboards.

Requirements

We are looking for a digital lover to help with the E-Retail expansion of The Ordinary. You will be working directly with the Online Manager, in collaboration with the Brand and Partnerships teams. The role is based in Paris, in the EMEA Headquarters, where you will help coordinate and drive E-Retail / Pure Players projects across the region (25+ markets), as well as work with the Global teams based in Toronto, Canada. Essential Info:

  • Bilingual in English and French
  • Full-time
  • Preparing a Bac+4 or Bac+5 degree
  • At least one significant experience in Marketing or Digital Marketing required. Experience within E-commerce / E-Retail sector is a strong plus.
  • Love and strong interest in Beauty.
  • Soon to graduate from a business/communication school, with at least 1 first corporate work experience in digital, marketing and/or communications., + Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail, proactivity, precision, strong data mindset, reporting skills.
  • Good knowledge of Excel (including formulas) and PowerPoint (or Google Slides / Google Sheets).
  • Strong team spirit, with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments.
  • Autonomous and proactive, with the ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, and drive tasks forward. BUILDING GROWTH TO POWER GOOD
