Data & AI Platforms Solution Architect

Ipsen is strengthening its Data & AI Platforms Engineering team to accelerate the development of scalable, robust, and future-ready data platforms.

We are looking for a Data & AI Platforms Solution Architect to play a key role in designing and evolving Ipsen's data & AI platforms architecture.

This is a highly technical and hands-on role, working at the intersection of platform engineering and data engineering. You will support project teams in designing concrete solutions while ensuring optimal use of the platform and alignment with architectural standards.

You will collaborate closely with platform engineers, data teams, and business stakeholders to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient data and AI solutions., * Design and evolve the architecture of Ipsen's Data & AI platforms

• Define reference architectures and best practices to guide data and AI use cases.
• Work hands-on with project teams to design pragmatic and scalable solutions leveraging the platform.
• Ensure alignment between platform engineering and data engineering teams to maximize reuse and consistency.
• Contribute to the platform roadmap, identifying gaps, improvements, and optimization opportunities.
• Participate in architectural governance, reviewing and validating solution designs.
• Promote best practices in cloud, data architecture, and AI usage across teams., * A highly technical role at the core of Ipsen's Data & AI platform strategy.

• Around 8+ years of experience in data, platform engineering, or solution architecture roles.
• Strong experience designing data & AI platforms and data solutions in cloud environments.
• Hands-on expertise with AWS and Databricks.
• Good understanding of data & AI architecture (ingestion, processing, storage, governance, analytics).
• Experience working in cross-functional environments with both engineering and business teams.
• Ability to combine architectural vision with hands-on execution.
• Background in platform engineering or data engineering, with an evolution towards architecture roles.
• Strong communication skills and ability to challenge and align stakeholders.
• Abilty to work with agents.
• Fluent in English.
