Our growth is driving us to strengthen our IT Workplace team to improve workstation management in terms of security, compliance, cost control, and performance.
Your mission will be to optimize and automate the management of employee workstations in order to ensure a secure, scalable, and efficient IT environment for all Scalers.
YOUR FUTURE TEAM

You will be part of a team of 2 people working on workstation management, onboarding processes, and device lifecycle. The team is focused on automation, MDM solutions, and improving user experience across Mac and Linux environments, with occasional Windows support.
YOUR DAILY ROUTINE
- Manage and improve workstation environments (Mac, Linux, some Windows)
- Administer devices using MDM tools (Jamf, Landscape)
- Automate workstation deployment and management processes (zero-touch, scripting)
- Ensure security and compliance of endpoints (policies, access control, updates)
- Manage application deployment and self-service catalogs
- Handle privileged account policies and device configurations
- Collaborate with Internal Services and Security teams
- Support onboarding and lifecycle management of employee devices
- Monitor performance and optimize workstation fleet costs
- Contribute to continuous improvement and automation initiatives, * Interview with the manager to understand your technical skills and approach to the role (45 min)
- Case study to validate your expertise (1h)
- Team & culture fit interview to deepen discussions and assess your fit with the team (45 min)
- Final onsite meeting to tour our offices and meet your future colleagues
Requirements
- Strong experience with Jamf (Jamf 300 certification minimum expected)
- Experience with Landscape or similar MDM tools
- Solid scripting skills (Bash) and automation mindset
- Knowledge of Apple Business Manager (ABM) and zero-touch deployment
- Experience in workstation security and endpoint management, * Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Team player with collaborative mindset
- Awareness and sensitivity to security topics
- Ability to understand business needs and translate them into IT solutions
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach
