Job description

  • Design and maintain isolated SaaS environments (Dev, Staging, Production, Demo)
  • Build modular platform components that make country-specific deployments frictionless
  1. Cloud Infrastructure & CI/CD
  • Own our AWS infrastructure - reliability, security, and scalability are non-negotiable
  • Automate CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes to reduce operational friction
  1. Backend & Distributed Systems
  • Build and maintain TypeScript / Node.js services at scale
  • Contribute to media pipelines where performance is measured in milliseconds
  1. Identity & Access Management
  • Implement a centralized SSO layer across all platforms
  • Design role and permission systems that scale with the product
  1. Technical Leadership
  • Guide architectural decisions and mentor engineers
  • Champion AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Cursor) across the team

Requirements

  • Strong backend engineering experience in TypeScript / Node.js
  • Proven track record designing cloud architectures on AWS
  • You've built or operated multi-tenant / multi-SaaS platforms before
  • Solid grasp of distributed systems and scalability trade-offs
  • Comfortable with DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation
  • You raise the bar without slowing the team down
  • Professional proficiency in English.
