About the position of Maintenance Administrator
As a Maintenance Administrator, you provide essential administrative and organizational support to a department or team of professionals. You play a key role in structuring information, preparing documentation, and supporting planning and reporting activities.
What do we expect of you?
As an Administrator, you support daily operations by managing information, documentation, and coordination activities. You work independently under general supervision and handle confidential information with care.
Your responsibilities include:
- Providing general administrative support to a department or group of professionals
- Preparing, updating and managing documents, reports, databases using Microsoft Office.
- Preparing, updating, checking and managing the Asset Management Tool Centix.
- Handling correspondence, including drafting emails, letters, agendas.
- Collecting, collating and analyzing data and preparing standard reports.
- Maintaining accurate and confidential records and files
- Scheduling and organize appointments with suppliers for maintenance work
- Supporting budgeting, business planning and procurement activities
- Ensuring work is carried out in accordance with internal procedures, policies and compliance requirements within the department of Maintenance.
- Identifying opportunities to improve administrative processes and workflows
Requirements
- Post-secondary (non-tertiary) education or equivalent working and thinking level
- Relevant experience in an administrative or clerical support role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Good analytical skills for handling data and reports
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- A professional attitude when dealing with confidential information
- Technical knowledge is not required. Passion for our field is a major plus.
Some practical things we need you to have:
- Good command of English (Dutch is an advantage)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- EU passport or valid work permit for the Netherlands
