Job description

We are seeking a Data Performance & Insights Manager to transform complex data into meaningful intelligence that strengthens operational performance, protects commercial outcomes, and enables informed strategic decision-making across ISS UK&I. This role provides the analytical backbone that enables clear visibility of delivery, progress and impact across the Workforce360 WFM programme., We are looking for someone who can act as the core evidence-owner for a major transformation programme, ensuring that insights are accurate, reliable and actionable. Sitting within the UK&I Digital & Data Hub, this position blends analytical expertise with performance management capability to support continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making across all ISS segments and workforce streams., * Review current Workforce360 WFM processes, data points and specifications to assess performance-readiness.

  • Evaluate performance measurement approaches and propose alternative methods where current metrics lack clarity or value.
  • Clean, transform and validate large datasets, ensuring accuracy, completeness and consistency.
  • Identify trends, patterns and anomalies, presenting findings clearly using Tableau, Power BI or BI dashboards.
  • Develop predictive analytics, forecasts and models to support proactive operational and commercial decision-making.
  • Create dashboards, visualisations and reporting frameworks aligned with stakeholder needs.
  • Collaborate closely with Finance, Commercial, Legal, P&C and Operations to turn requirements into analytical outputs.
  • Maintain clear documentation of data sources, methodologies, reporting frameworks and governance requirements.

Requirements

  • Advanced experience with Tableau (priority); Power BI desirable.
  • Strong capability in SQL, Python or R.
  • Experience with predictive analytics, forecasting and data modelling.
  • Proven ability to conduct root cause analysis and assess business impact.
  • Strong understanding of information security and cyber security considerations within data workflows.
  • Ability to interpret complex data and drive actionable change aligned to strategic objectives.
  • Skilled at gathering technical requirements from non-technical stakeholders.
  • Confident presenting insights, challenging appropriately and influencing decision-making.
  • Experience supporting data cleansing and data warehouse environments.
