Job description

We're working with a growing, Microsoft-focused technology business investing heavily in data, reporting, and AI. As part of this growth, they are looking for a Data Analyst to play a key role in shaping how data is used across the organisation.

This is not a back-office reporting role. You'll work closely with stakeholders across multiple business areas, helping them understand and use data more effectively., * Build and develop Power BI dashboards and reports

  • Work directly with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver insights
  • Help move the business from ad hoc reporting to scalable, structured analytics
  • Support migration from legacy reporting (SSRS) to a modern Azure-based environment
  • Contribute to improving data quality, accessibility, and usability

Requirements

  • Power BI (core focus)
  • SQL / SQL Server
  • SSRS (legacy exposure)
  • Azure / Microsoft ecosystem

WHAT THEY'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Strong experience with Power BI (dashboards, DAX, data modelling)
  • Confident working with stakeholders across the business
  • Solid SQL skills
  • Experience with SSRS or legacy reporting tools is beneficial
  • Someone proactive with a high-agency mindset who can take ownership
