Requirements
- Strong commercial experience with .NET / C#
- Fintech or payments background required
- System design & architecture - scalable, resilient, cloud-native (ideally GCP)
- SQL and noSQL database expertise
- Front-end experience a plus (ideally Angular or react if not)
- Event-driven architecture familiarity desirable

The Role (x2)
Operations Enablement - Internal tooling squad within the Customer Lifecycle team, building the systems that help operations staff access the right data, resolve customer queries faster, and drive day-to-day efficiency across the business. You'll own workstreams end-to-end, shape technical strategy, and mentor within a cross-functional team.
