At YourCode Recruitment Group Limited , we're supporting a leading global organisation in their search for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join their growing Manchester-based team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Salesforce professional who enjoys balancing hands-on development with stakeholder engagement-translating business needs into scalable, high-quality solutions. The Opportunity You'll step into a senior-level position within a collaborative Salesforce team (1 of 3 developers), with a strong focus on:
- Low-code development (Flows, configuration, UI enhancements)
- Expanding into Apex development
- Working closely with business stakeholders to shape solutions
You'll also play a key role in helping the organisation explore AI capabilities within Salesforce and improve how the platform supports core business processes. ️ What You'll Be Doing
- Acting as the Salesforce subject matter expert for stakeholders
- Translating business requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions
- Delivering solutions using Flows, configuration, and UI improvements
- Supporting integrations with key enterprise systems
- Working directly with business users to refine and challenge requirements
- Contributing to Agile ceremonies (planning, retrospectives, etc.)
- Supporting BAU activities and resolving complex issues
- Mentoring other developers and sharing best practices
Requirements

5+ years Salesforce development experience

Strong experience with:

Salesforce Flows
-
Apex (or moving into Apex)

SOQL/SOSL

Lightning components / UI work

Experience working with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)

Strong communication skills-comfortable engaging with the business and managing expectations

Solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities
Desirable
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer, App Builder, Admin)
- Experience with DevOps tools (Copado, Azure DevOps, etc.)
- Exposure to dashboards / CRM Analytics
- Interest in AI and emerging Salesforce capabilities
