Job description

We are supporting a global pharmaceutical organisation undergoing a significant European supply chain transformation across its 3PL/logistics division.

Operating across 10+ markets, the organisation is moving from a fragmented, localised technology landscape to a more standardised and scalable operating model. This role will play a key part in shaping and delivering that transformation. Role Summary

The IT Transformation Solution Lead will be responsible for end-to-end solution design across a complex supply chain technology landscape, ensuring systems are aligned, integrated, and fit for long-term strategic growth.

This is a hands-on role, combining solution design, stakeholder engagement, and delivery support across a large-scale transformation programme., * Lead the design of end-to-end supply chain solutions, including ERP, WMS, and integration layers

  • Define the target technology stack, including system responsibilities and data flows
  • Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions
  • Support vendor selection processes, including RFP/RFQ and solution evaluation
  • Drive standardisation across multiple European markets
  • Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
  • Contribute to governance, design assurance, and programme mobilisation

Requirements

  • Proven experience in solution design within supply chain/logistics environments
  • Strong exposure to ERP and WMS platforms
  • Experience within pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other regulated industries
  • Ability to operate across both technical and business stakeholders
  • Experience working within complex, multi-region environments

Desirable Experience

  • Experience within 3PL/outsourced logistics environments
  • Involvement in large-scale transformation programmes
  • Exposure to vendor selection and third-party solution delivery

Working Arrangements

  • Predominantly remote role with flexible working
  • Open to candidates based in the UK or Europe
  • Travel required (~10-15%), primarily within Europe
  • Business operates in English; additional European languages are beneficial but not essential
