Job description

A growing Salesforce consultancy is seeking a Data & Analytics Consultant to support the continued expansion of its data and analytics capability. As a Data & Analytics Consultant, you will work closely with clients and internal delivery teams to design and deliver analytics solutions that transform data into actionable insight. You will support analytics initiatives alongside Salesforce implementations, contributing to projects that span reporting, visualisation, data platforms and cloud integration.

This role is well suited to someone who enjoys variety, client interaction, and working in an environment where best practice is encouraged but innovation is valued., * Design and deliver reporting, dashboards and analytics solutions for client engagements

  • Build effective data visualisations, primarily using Tableau
  • Translate complex data sets into clear insights for business and non-technical stakeholders
  • Work with modern cloud data platforms such as Snowflake
  • Support data modelling, ETL/ELT pipelines and analytics best practices
  • Collaborate with Salesforce delivery teams to integrate analytics with Salesforce platforms
  • Engage with clients in a consultative manner to understand requirements and deliver value
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of analytics processes and standards

Requirements

Essential

  • Experience in a data analytics, BI or reporting role
  • Strong data visualisation skills (Tableau experience highly desirable)
  • Understanding of data modelling and analytics fundamentals
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Beneficial

  • Experience working with Salesforce data or within the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Exposure to Snowflake or other cloud data warehouses
  • Familiarity with additional BI tools (Power BI, Looker, Sigma, etc.)
  • Experience working in a consultancy or client-facing environment
  • Knowledge of regulated or data-sensitive industries (e.g. Health or Life Sciences)
