Job description

Royal London Group has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Information Analyst/Data Visualisation Engineer to drive advanced analytical reporting and deliver dynamic, impactful reports across COO. This role empowers data driven decision making and supports the continuous improvement of IT services. About the Role Build and deliver management information (MI) from scratch. Gather requirements from senior stakeholders, demonstrating strong organisational skills, flexibility, and a deep understanding of infrastructure service management. Understand and present data in an easily consumable format which helps the Group identify priorities and areas for improvement. Lead community engagement and support strategy for reporting best practice. Work closely with Team Lead, Service Information Analyst, Configuration Manager and other roles across Service Management.

Requirements

Experienced in data and reporting, utilising tools such as ServiceNow, Power BI and Azure DevOps. Proven stakeholder engagement, including senior leadership. Working knowledge of ITIL Best Practice. Highly organised with strong analytical skills.
