Our client is a well-established legal technology company delivering cloud-based software to customers across the UK, Ireland, and Australia.\n\nThey are looking for a hands-on DevOps / Platform Support Engineer to help keep their Kubernetes platforms stable, secure, and running smoothly. \r\n
This role is focused on monitoring, incident response, and day-to-day platform support, working closely with an international DevOps team to support live and staging environments. \r\n
What you'll be doing: \r\n \r\n
- Monitoring production platforms using Grafana and Lens.\r\n
- Responding to alerts and resolving live incidents.\r\n
- Supporting Kubernetes operations, including failed startups, resource issues, and upgrades.\r\n
- Troubleshooting GitLab CI/CD pipelines and deployment issues.\r\n
- Supporting live and staging environments, including certificates, databases, and releases.\r\n
- Assisting with migrations and maintaining Azure-hosted SQL.\r\n
- Working with global teams to improve platform reliability and operations.\r\n
Requirements
- Strong experience supporting Kubernetes in production.\r\n
- Hands-on experience with Grafana and alerting tools.\r\n
- Good knowledge of CI/CD, ideally GitLab.\r\n
- Experience with Azure infrastructure and Azure SQL.\r\n
- Confident troubleshooting live systems in a support-focused DevOps role.\r\n
