Responding to incidents is a central part of what we do. You will take on an incident role and be available to respond to incidents or provide business continuity support when required. This may attract an additional payment, and full training will be provided. We will also support you with alternative working arrangements where needed, ensuring your incident role is manageable and fits with your personal circumstances.
