Job description
- Ihre Aufgaben: Design, simulate and develop application-specific electronic circuits, from concept to production readiness
- Define and execute measurement, test and qualification activities for prototypes according to test and certification plans
- Drive the industrialization of prototypes into reliable and scalable mass production, in close collaboration with manufacturing partners
- Take ownership of establishing and further developing the hardware engineering discipline, including design standards and best practices
- Research, evaluate and introduce new technologies and solutions to continuously improve our products and platforms, including AI-assisted development
- Collaborate and exchange results and knowledge within a cross-functional, international engineering team
Requirements
- Ihr Profil: 5+ years of professional experience in electronics development
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Information Technology or a comparable qualification
- Advanced knowledge of analogue and digital circuit design and system architectures
- Strong experience with EDA and SPICE-based development tools, such as Eagle, Altium Designer, OrCAD, KiCad and LTspice
- Experience with EMC-aware design, testing and product certification (e.g. CE, FCC)
- Ideally, you bring experience with design for testability (DFT) and design for manufacturability (DFM) as well as quality and risk management methods (e.g. FMEA, 5-Why)
- Additional strengths include familiarity with embedded-related programming languages (C/C++, Assembler) and experience with version control tools and methods
- Fluent English (German is a plus)

- The minimum annual gross salary is EUR 47.516-. Your actual salary is of course based on your qualifications and experience
