Software Engineer

Project: You will work on the development and operation of a new platform for digital onboarding and product launches. You will actively contribute to shaping modern services, optimizing operational processes, and advising the business unit on feasibility and variant selection. Start date: September 1, 2026, 100% long-term contract - 3 fixed days on-site, remaining days remote within Switzerland.

Tasks: (MUST)

• Developing, further developing, and operating self-developed services within the DevOps team
• Verifying the solutions against internal and external security standards
• Improvement and further development of operational processes
• Conceptual collaboration and active participation in shaping the services
• Expert consultation on feasibility, options and opinion formation
• Close collaboration with product owners, business engineers, and architecture to develop optimal solutions.

• Support for further development projects in the field of digital products
• Mentoring von Junior Developer

• Several years of experience (senior level) in the development of modern web applications
• Completed studies in computer science or equivalent professional experience
• Proven experience in the last 3 years in the areas of client onboarding, digital product sales or client lifecycle management is a must.
• Excellent knowledge of Java, Kotlin, Angular and Azure Cloud
• Experience in DevOps environments
• Flexible, proactive personality
• Team player, open to new technologies and processes
• Ability to conceptually develop complex solutions
