About the company

TXO was founded in 2005 and supports companies worldwide through every stage of the technology lifecycle. We help industries optimize, manage, deploy, and resell infrastructure technology. Our vision is to extend the technology lifecycle while conserving resources, minimizing waste, and preserving value. In this way, we help companies worldwide increase their efficiency, reduce costs, and achieve environmental goals. TXO GmbH handles the revenue-generating dismantling and recycling of decommissioned telecommunications, energy, and rail infrastructure. Our customers benefit in many ways: We create space for upcoming modernization projects, reduce CO2 emissions through the local recovery of raw materials from the urban mine, and simultaneously generate significant revenue through the sale of used equipment and raw materials. These steps are supported by in-house developed web-based and mobile applications, the development and enhancement of which will be among your primary responsibilities. By applying principles of the circular economy, supporting EOSL, and ensuring responsible resource recovery, we help extend the lifespan of infrastructure while reducing dependence on primary raw materials. In this way, we enhance our clients' performance, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability. With offices in the UK, the US, Sweden, France, Germany, Australia, Japan, and Brazil, we operate globally and, with the support of TowerBrook Delta, are driving the transition toward a smarter, more sustainable technology landscape. Join our team and help shape technology for a more sustainable future.
