You have 4+ years of professional experience working with backend focused full-stack development (infrastructure as well) 3+ years of experience contributing to microservice architectures (reliability, scaling, and stateless applications) and considering design patterns and best practices (event driven systems, clean architecture, backend for frontend) 3+ years of experience in designing REST APIs following openspec standards Relevant experience in Golang and Gin-Gonic. Nice to haves are JVM languages (Kotlin / Java), JS/TS and frameworks like Ktor, Spring, Node.js Ability to design proof of concepts and prototypes Standardised coding practises including peer code reviews, unit testing, and a preference for agile development Open-minded and interested in state-of-the-art technologies and methodologies
