Job description
Webmentix GmbH is seeking an experienced Technical Support Engineer with strong expertise in SAP FI/CO modules to join the Supplier Team and support enterprise SAP environments across European clients.
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will provide 1st level support, ensure operational stability, resolve customer support cases, and collaborate closely with development and SAP service teams to maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction., * Provide 1st level technical support for SAP-based products and solutions
- Resolve customer support cases efficiently and ensure timely closure
- Escalate complex issues to Development Support when required
- Monitor and ensure operational stability of SAP systems
- Collaborate with development teams and SAP service teams to resolve recurring issues
- Contribute to knowledge base creation and customer documentation improvements
- Enable customers to work independently by reducing support dependency
- Maintain high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction
- Use tools like ServiceNow for case management and tracking
Requirements
Primary Skills:
- SAP FI/CO Module expertise
- SAP Technical Support experience
- Secondary Skills:
- SAP R/3 ERP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA
- ABAP Queries, CDS Views, BW Queries
- MS SQL Server and database query tools
- ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools
Technical Competency:
- Strong understanding of enterprise SAP environments
- Hands-on experience with SAP systems and reporting tools
- Ability to troubleshoot issues across application and infrastructure layers
- Experience with remote diagnostic tools and support frameworks
- Knowledge of documentation and knowledge base management
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in technical support within enterprise environments
- Experience working with cross-functional agile development teams
- Proven ability to resolve complex technical issues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication skills in English and German (mandatory)
- Ability to manage priorities and work independently
Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (Mandatory)
- Maturity Level:
- E3 - Senior Support Engineer
Eligibility & Work Model:
- Germany preferred; remote within Europe considered
- Candidates must have the right to work within Germany or Europe
- Immediate availability preferred
