FullStack Developer - JavaScript/TypeScript (Remote)

We're looking for a mid-level full stack developer to join us on a part-time basis, with the opportunity to transition to full-time as the collaboration develops.

What you'll be working on:

• Maintaining and improving our existing codebase
• Building and shipping new features
• Developing integrations between third-party services and internal systems
• Implementing AI-powered solutions that help customers automate and optimise their workflows

Must have experience with:

• JavaScript & TypeScript
• Node.js
• React
• PostgreSQL
• AWS
• Serverless architecture
• Docker
• Strong level of English, since you'll be working with your team in English every day
• Must be based in Spain or Germany

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience working with LLMs (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models)
• Familiarity with workflow automation platforms
• Experience working asynchronously in a remote team, Someone who takes ownership of their work, communicates proactively, and is comfortable navigating an existing codebase independently. You're mid-level, you've shipped real products, you can context-switch without losing quality, and you're genuinely interested in what AI is making possible right now.

Our platform connects AI models with business workflows to automate complex processes end to end. It reads documents, tickets, and internal knowledge, structures the data, and executes the right actions automatically.
