Job description
The delivery Enterprise Architect (EA) serves as the primary technical driver for delivering high quality Digital Experience and Digital Marketing solutions for Adobe's Global Enterprise customers. Review and develop architectural plans, lead diverse delivery team, align with client goals.
Requirements
Past experience in a consultative role leading large-scale enterprise digital marketing ecosystems in the role of Architect and/or Principal Consultant.
- 4+ years' experience hands-on architecting and/or implementingthree or moreof the following Adobe Experience Cloud solution categories:
- Adobe Analytics or Customer Journey Analytics
- Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Campaign or Marketo Engage
- Adobe Real-Time CDP or Audience Manager
- Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) including App Builder
- Adobe Commerce/Magento or another e-commerce solution that integrated with AEM
- Adobe Target or Recommendations
- Adobe Experience Platform (Schema, Query Services, etc.)
- Adobe Workfront Workflow, Planning, or Fusion
- GenStudio, Express, or Firefly Services (
- Strong leadership abilities (an example being proactively convert complex business requirements into technical "solutions") which aligns all delivery team activities to documented customer Business Objectives.
- Experience producing project scope definitions, delivery estimations, resource allocation and project timelines based on product licensing purchase and implementation requirements.
- Ability to quickly diagnose delivery challenges and formulate effective remediation plans to adhere to scope, schedule and budget.
- Demonstrable hands-on experience using enterprise platforms (Adobe, Salesforce, Oracle, Microsoft, etc.) with an emphasis on REST APIs, Cloud Storage, Structured/Unstructured Data, Security and Data Ingress/Egress.
- Experience leading cross-functional, multi-region delivery teams.
- Proficient in written and verbal communications with the ability to adjust communications as needed for Technical, Marketing and/or C-Suite customers.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time within the United States and occasionally internationally.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (CS), Digital Marketing or MBA or equivalent experience.
Skills that Set You Apart
- One or more current Adobe Certified Expert certifications (AEM, AJO, Analytics/CJA, RTCDP, Target or Workfront)
- Working knowledge of end-to-end digital marketing journey including Ad Tech (CDP/DMPs, DSPs, etc.), Marketing Automation, omni-channel personalization, Content Management or automation, CRM, Media Execution, and Reporting/Insights.
- Hands-on experience architecting and/or delivering native, Flutter or React-Native mobile applications.
- Proficiency in employing Generative and/or Agentic AI solutions to optimize daily workflows or hands-on experience with building AI agents.
Benefits & conditions
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $147,800 -- $236,400 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In California, the pay range for this position is $163,200 - $236,400 In New York, the pay range for this position is $163,200 - $236,400 In Colorado, the pay range for this position is $156,300 - $226,350 In Illinois, the pay range for this position is $156,300 - $226,350 In Washington, the pay range for this position is $159,600 - $231,150
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
