You will take ownership of complete customer IT/OT solutions, act as the technical point of contact and ensure seamless performance across the customer lifecycle. Your responsibilities
As a Service Solution Architect, you are the technical lead for the IT/OT solution delivered to your assigned customer accounts. You work across various technologies - not on isolated products, but on the full integrated solution running operations on customer sites.
You will:
- Have a "helicopter" overview
- Oversee major incident, problem, and change management.
- Coordinate with internal teams and customers to align technical delivery with business expectations.
- Translate customer needs into technical improvements and operational advice.
- Drive system optimizations and improvements.
- Take ownership of testing and documentation to ensure high quality delivery.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT roles with customer interaction (e.g. system integration, testing, infrastructure, or software delivery in business-critical environments.
- A bachelor's degree in a technical field like IT, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, or a related/similar technical field.
- Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus).
- Ability to perform well under pressure (e.g. during escalations or major incidents), set priorities, and manage time effectively.
- A sharp, analytical mindset, you mainly work on the big picture, while getting detail-oriented when needed.
- A working knowledge of IT Service Management frameworks. ITIL4 certification is a plus.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Willingness to travel (~10-20%, both domestic and international).
